Packing Injection Wellhead Grease Fittings are used in service to 10,000 psi for injecting fibrous and plastic packing into a valve's stem area.

The sealant injection fitting is one of our valve fittings used in feeding lubricants or grease into valve parts for repair or maintenance. Our produce these sealant injection fittings in customer specifications as backup sealing in pipeline valves or fluid control valves. These are primarily designed to provide periodic injection of lubricant or sealants into pipeline valves. The materials we produce include stainless steel 316.stainless steel 304, carbon steel 4140/1215/Q25 zinc plated (Colorful zinc, white zinc ,blue zinc ).all zinc plated match international environmenta standards and Alloys. In Oil& Gas segment, most ball valves has two sealant injection fittings, generally one is located at the stem area and the other at the seat area. This is one of our major applications fits API pressure class of 10,000psi.
These sealant injection fittings only function for emergency or backup sealing when soft sealing rings damage by accident. In this situation the sealant is injected to prevent stem leakage and temporarily seal the valve. Our injection fittings apply to API requirements and are exported to worldwide oil & gas and industrial customers, such as USA, Canada, Italy and Malaysia,Indonesia , Singapore, korea ,UAE ,DUBAI ,Turkey etc. All the specifications we produce are based on the customer designs.
