Products Description
The brass spring check valve is vertical type which mainly used on the pipeline where the medium flows in one direction. It can automatically prevent the backflow of the fluid (medium) and only allow the medium to flow in one direction. The working medium is water, oil and gas, the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa, and the working temperature is -10℃≤t≤120℃.
Product Features
1. The product is made of high-quality copper material and adopts the red forging process.
2. The structural material of the vertical soft seal is silicone rubber, the spring material is stainless steel, and the conventional hard seal is copper core.
Installation Guide
1. The straight-through lift check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the vertical lift check valve should be installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to top.
2. The installation position of the swing check valve is not limited by hand. It is usually installed on the horizontal pipeline, and can also be installed on the vertical pipeline and the inclined pipeline.
3. When installing, pay attention to the direction of medium flow should be consistent with the arrow shown on the valve body.
